All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. agam66 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals are processed in accordance with the Withdrawal Speed Promise published on the Platform. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX withdrawals within 5–15 minutes; and direct bank transfers within 15–60 minutes, subject to verification status and applicable processing windows.
Withdrawal requests will only be approved where the User has satisfactorily completed KYC verification and where the Real Money Balance is free of any active wagering requirements. agam66 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to approving any withdrawal exceeding RM5,000.
The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. agam66 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal of cryptocurrency funds.
agam66 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered a stated number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are clearly stated for each promotion. agam66 does not impose undisclosed wagering requirements.
agam66 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where, in its reasonable determination, a User has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms. Indicators of abuse include, but are not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated wagering with other accounts, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
Bonus Funds not subject to active wagering within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated except at agam66's sole discretion.
All bets placed on agam66 are subject to the game-specific rules applicable to each product category (slots, live casino, sports betting, etc.). In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of matters relating solely to that game or market.
agam66 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or game conditions that were the result of a manifest error, system malfunction, or clearly erroneous price. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Real Money Balance.
All sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, Asian handicap markets, and UFC fight specials — are governed by the betting rules published on the Platform. agam66 reserves the right to suspend or settle markets at any time in the event of match postponement, abandonment, or other extraordinary circumstances.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, agam66 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last verifiable state. Where restoration is not possible, the round in question shall be declared void. agam66 is not liable for losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the User's end.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the agam66 platform:
Violation of any of the above provisions may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance (including Real Money Balance where funds are demonstrably derived from prohibited conduct), and reporting of the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.
agam66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that the account is being used in connection with prohibited or illegal activity, or that continuation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the ordinary course, provided that all applicable verification requirements have been satisfied.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. agam66 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of RM10 to dormant accounts, deducted from the available Real Money Balance. You will be notified prior to the commencement of such charges.
All content on the agam66 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game content, software, user interface elements, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of agam66 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of agam66.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, agam66 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
agam66's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit agam66's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
